Terms of Use
1. The service
Midnight is a mobile app offering choice-based interactive stories. By downloading and using the app you accept these terms. The app is intended for readers aged 17 and over.
2. Account
Some features (earning diamonds, purchases, carrying progress across devices) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete my account.
3. Diamonds and in-app purchases
- Diamonds are a virtual unit valid only inside the app. They have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out, transferred or refunded.
- Diamonds come from the daily login reward, rewarded ads or in-app purchases. Reward amounts and daily limits are set by the server and may change over time.
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store; billing, refunds and cancellations follow the rules of that store.
- If your account is closed or deleted, any remaining diamonds and unlocked content rights end.
4. Midnight Plus subscription
- Midnight Plus is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription: ad-free reading, access to every chapter that is otherwise unlocked with diamonds, and a daily diamond bonus.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You cancel in your store account's subscription settings; a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- When the subscription ends, paid chapters lock again; chapters you unlocked permanently with diamonds stay open.
5. Content and acceptable use
The stories, images, sounds and software in the app belong to Midnight and are protected by copyright. Reverse engineering, copying or distributing the app, attempting to access paid content without permission, or attempting to multiply the virtual currency by cheating is prohibited. Breaking these rules may lead to your account being suspended or closed.
6. Fiction notice
All stories and characters are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, organizations or events is coincidental.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
